Default 2017 GS code OAR

I found this used 2017 GS corvette with no available window sticker.
The dealer gave me a build sheet. He claims this corvette was a GM Reps car.
One code on the build sheet is OAR. The description next to it says Evaluation Vehicle.
What is OAR?
Another is FE6 ZO6 Performance Suspension.????
What is a CFV Carbon Fiber Visible Package????
Can a person order a window sticker for this 2017 GS Corvette?
Thank You

Get the GM service records, that should be your first stop and have them prove to you the warranty is in place, there are no warranty blocks

CFV is the front splitter and rocker panels, they should be in an exposed carbon fiber

You can order window stickers from the national Corvette Museum.

FE6 is the standard suspension on a Z06 and GS.

OAR means pre-production it seems .... does it have a non-standard VIN ?
