Would you recommend a good leather treatment for my C7 interior. Also, it's a new car, so not sure how to tell when and if it simply needs to be treated with a leather "conditioner", or first cleaned with a leather "cleaner as well". Thanks
Generally speaking, automobile leather interiors do not require any leather conditioning as they have a plasticized coating. Simple damp cloth cleaning now and then suffices

Thanks, when we purchased the car, we had a special protective coating applied to the interior, and don't want to do anything to compromise the coating. Will do as you suggested. Good idea.
I recommend the use of a damp microfiber towel to remove the dust regularly. Then once a month I use,
303® Automotive Protectant
Keeps surfaces looking newer, and lasting longer
Provides superior UV protection from cracking and fading
Leaves a dry, matte finish – no oily or greasy feel
Helps repel dust, lint and staining
Protects all vinyl, rubber & plastics
Brightens surfaces

100% correct! I use leather treatment for the olfactory satisfaction.
Any dealer sold protectant is just squeezing the last dollar out of the customer.

Your dealer ripped you off. The leather in the C7 will not absorb any leather treatment. 303 is a good choice for just about the entire interior unless you have the "suede" inserts that really aren't suede.

Agree, a dealer-installed, interior coating is rip-off, which did nothing because it didn't penetrate the protective coating already there. While Aerospace 303 is a great product to protect plastic and rubber exposed to the elements all the time, it's not helping your already protected leather seats either. It won't penetrate either or do anything that water and a damp microfiber towel does.

And I might go as far as it (any leather "conditioner") may be doing your "leather" a disservice when used regularly, as it may actually break down the protective coating the seats come with from the factory.

"Works" great, provides no benefit, unless you just have to have some interior shine. I prefer the clean natural look of leather and the other interior coverings.
Aerospace 303 does leave a nice natural finish no real shine and provides UV protection. How much and how effective well that is something they would have to answer.
Yep, UV protection on top of UV protection . . . OK. The satiny shine part I get, if you like that.
FTR, I have a gallon of 303 on hand for use on all kinds of unprotected surfaces. I love the product, but see no need for it in a modern vehicle interior. However, I use a lot of it on the roof of this.

Ferrari detailers uses mayo. Not kidding.

I don't know much about modern Ferraris, but the leather used in most mega $$$ exotics is top-grade, untreated, and porous. I don't know about mayo, but that type of leather does benefit from some nourishment from time to time for protection.
