600,000 miles in Corvettes
300,000 miles in Porsches
150,000 miles in Mercedes
200,000 miles in BMWs
40,000 miles in Ferrari

NEVER - EVER - a bra - NEVER

The ugly outweighs the usefulness for me - if the front end gets too screwed up respray it every four, five years....

Cars I've seen with bras that don't get removed often enough get road grit behind the bra and sand the paint off from the vibration. Doesn't seem like that good of a deal if the thing that's supposed to protect your paint is going to sand it off.

XPEL.

XPEL.

Fugly "bras" don't belong on sports cars. Or any cars IMO.

Never been a fan of bras, and putting a french-sounding couple of letters on it, probably doesn't' make it any better.

It is somewhat like not driving your car so the next owner has a better deal. You drive around with this ugly thing on your car, so you "may" prevent some "damage" due to road detritus?

Nope, not for me.

The posts saying the front end bra is ugly and if left on over time Will mark the paint I think are quite correct.
However, I did use the bra on my 2015 for the long interstate 1500 mile drives to Florida and back North each year. Once in our subdivision I would take it off, clean it, and store it for the next long highway trip. I traded the car in June with 33000 miles on it and not one mark or chip on the front end. I do use the Colgan bra on my 2018 . It does have a very soft backing material and works well.Other brands I have tried either come apart on the sides or do not have very soft backing material.
I prefer to use the ugly bra just for long road trips or on known bad roads rather than having a permanent covering on the car.

I have the Novistretch bra but because it is very porous, I place Styrofoam sheets underneath it when making our drives from NJ to FL. I just traded my 13 GS to a dealer and they were shocked that there were no chips or marks on the car.
On those long drives I always used painter's blue tape for the side mirrors.
I only use the bra on those long drives.

Before I lost all the weight, I had a bad case of man *****, tried my grandmother's bra we had lying around. I gotta say, I found it very uncomfortable and the straps dug into my back. Never again

OP asked who was using one, not who wasn't. I use a Novistretch for long trips. It's easy on, easy off. The amount of stuff it captures is amazing. Not only is that stuff not getting on your paint; it's not getting sucked into the radiator or engine compartment either. Xpel only protects the paint. If you actually observed how much crap this thing stops you just might reconsider refusing to use one. It doesn't have to be a permanent fixture.

I bought one to use for autocross, for the most part is a quality product. The plastic strips that are supposed to tuck in by the headlights don't fit well and marred the clear coat when I drove to an event with it on, so I cut them off. Just did a 2500 mile trip this spring and left it off because I didn't trust it not to cause more damage then it protects. Works great for autocross if you happen to hit a cone.
