I drive a Focus ST as my winter daily driver. In the summer I daily the Corvette.
The ST is OK, it weights about the same as the Corvette (around 3400 lbs), has 250 HP, seats 4, and generally is comfortable.
I've done a few things to it, like new rotors and an exhaust. I plan on putting PVD (chrome like finish) on the wheels, getting sport springs (yes even though I drive it in winter), and possibly ordering the official Ford Racing tune kit for the car to get more low end torque.

During the summer one of these depending on how I feel.
During the God awful horrible Minnesnowta winters or a rainy crappy summer day either:
a. Chevy Equinox LTZ when the roads are crappy... so I drive it a lot.
b. A super boring Chevy Impala LTZ

2017 Toyota Avalon, touring model. Options include:
- Gutless 290hp 6 cylinder motor
- Who cares paddle shifters
- Why bother sport mode
I put the car in sport mode, turned off traction control and paddle shift 0-60. Pulled over on the side of the road and wept openly. Soul sucking, uninspiring, basic transportation.

Damn. Where do you get it serviced? I wanted, very badly, to try to find one of these when Saab went under, but I never built up the nerve to deal with the potential issues.

In the spring--fall it's mostly my C7 unless really rough weather is forecast. In the winter my wife changes to our F150 and I use our RX350.

Because sunshine here is a precious commodity, I find I use the C7 for my DD as much as possible. It is amazing how quickly the miles pile on.
Still, for normal, everyday, rain or shine driving I normally hop in my 2013 Outback. It is the best all around car I've ever owned, and perfect for the mud and rain of the PNW!

Definitely not crappy in my book! I love Silverados and can't wait to get another one. I had to sell my 2007 Silverado to afford my Vette, definitely going to get myself another one once I graduate grad school!
