Default Noises..

My car recently developed a noise when letting out the clutch. It doesn't happen all the time and it went away, but now it's back.
It doesn't happen if I just let out the clutch with no throttle, but if there's a tiny bit of throttle applied, it will be audible. The noise sounds like whirrr.. and it's brief like a second and can be shorter too with less throttle.

Anyone familiar with this?

Also, I have a squeak emanating from the driver's seat belt area. I know it's there because if I apply pressure on the plastic ring around the seat belt opening in the panel, the squeak goes away. Dealer said they won't touch the seat belt for safety concerns as there is no fix for it at the moment.

Is there anything I can put in there to make the squeak stop? Like some lube or tighten the bolt. I think it's coming from the rubbery piece between the bolt and belt retractor area.

As to the clutch, do a search on here for The Ranger Method. Very easy to do. It shows you how and why you need to replace your clutch fluid. That may be the culprit. Give it a try. At the very least, you will have good clean clutch fluid. Which you do need in any case, to alleviate any possible problems down the road.
As to your seat belt squeak, just look at where its rubbing and lube etc.
