-We'd install a prototype sensor in each wheel (so four total) at the shop of your choice.
-Then drive for 21 minutes at 30-70mph speeds to verify the sensors register and the correct tire pressures display in the instrument cluster.
-If everything registers correctly we'd drop the pressure in each tire while stationary to verify each sensor is communicating with the vehicle and the TPMS light illuminates and then extinguishes when the pressures are brought back up to placard.
-If willing, we can leave the sensors in for a couple hundred miles depending on the usage of the vehicle or have them removed that same day.
Past compensation: gas tank full of premium and $100 VISA gift card per meeting.

So make a substantially better offer, and you might find someone. Your first offer was definitely not worth the hassle of multiple hours at a tire shop twice, not to mention the possibility of coming out of the test w/ scratched wheels or damaged tires from two mount/dismount cycles.

You couldn't offer me enough to go through unnecessary dismount/mount cycles. A better idea would be for your business to buy a set of Corvette wheels/tires, mount your TPMS in them and then just swap wheels to test your sensors. I would find your proposed compensation marginally adequate in that situation.
Then sell the wheels and tires to recoup part of the expense.
