Owning a Corvette makes you a part of a huge community, like the Corvette forum family. Here are some beautiful Corvettes owned by our very own forum members.

I don't bad mouth foreign cars, but some of us that are older may remember some bad experiences with them. I had a 74 Capri (Ford of Germany) that ;left me stranded due to a stripped timing gear and was falling apart at 50K miles, and a 79 Honda Civic that was great for 50K miles then started going downhill. Dealer/customer support experience was not good in either case.

love the banter and as a 60 year old "OLD TIMER" I couldn't be more excited for my 2020 Corvette HTC at 3000 status (hopeful first time Vet owner). I just sold my CJ and my 911 that I have owned almost 20 years to pay for the new ride. I think I am a car guy and my 911 has been the best car I ever owned and my CJ which is the worst car ever built was by far my most favorite car I ever owned. need to downsize to one and chose the new Corvette. excited to by American and finally have a car with AC which was a requirement of my bride of 34years. I hope to drive it, love it and in twenty years when I am done give it a grand kid. Life is good. stay safe all and hopefully we come out the back side of this craziness ok.

American made
I for one choose to support American car manufactures and have purchased nothing but GM cars (GM retiree). And I appreciate my monthly SS $. I don't think that Japan or Europe contributes to those SS $.

Only thing I can think of is this is a related thread issue. Closing it down.
