I wave all the time! Might just be a Minnesota-Nice thing, but I run 99% return waves from any generation.

I always wave to all generations and get about 90% waves back! I believe some of the 10% that don't wave are not paying attention. I must say that FEMALES are the worst for not waving!

A wave, smile and a knowing "nod" are always in order.

I always wave at all years and generations of Corvettes (when I am driving mine) and have been since owning my first Corvette at 18 in 1972.

I always wave. I drive my 81 also once in a while and I think I get more waves in that than my GS.

I wave about 99% of the time to all gens. When my wife's with me she doesn't get it. Porsche people don't do that....

I always wave, and I'm not even subtle about it! When My top is down (which is most of the time) I'll stick my arm up and wave. If my top is up, I'll roll the window down and sick my arm out.

So much for girls not waving.

Ever since I bought my first Corvette in 1991 I have done the wave and haven't stopped since! The only time I don't wave is if I don't see them. I must say that the frequency of return waves has gone way down in the past 4-5 years. Up until that point I would say 2/3rds of the people would wave back. Now it's more like 1/4 of them I find the older Corvette generations are the worse, C2s and C3s rarely ever wave back these days. My wife and I have a name for the non wavers, we both yell out "douchebag" if someone is looking at us but doesn't return the wave (if they aren't looking we forgive them)

I always wave, all gens. I've almost broken a finger or two giving the wave while forgetting my window is up.

Here in North Florida though, if the driver has a polo shirt on, don't expect to get a wave back. No clue why that is...all ages thing too.

I wave if I see the other vette in time. On a highway closing speed easily exceeds 100 mph. You have a second or two to recognize and react. It's not always possible.
