Cars N Coffee St. Louis pics
Here's some pics from last Saturday's Cars N Coffee Supercar Saturday at "The Place".
"The Place" is a recently completed gated garage complex located in Chesterfield, MO.
Here's the entrance gate and card reader.
Garage spaces being finished off.
Some of the garages have been leased so far. This owner opened up his garage to show his finished garage.

The units are sold like condos. You're essentially buying the shell and can build it out as you like. They also have various sizes available depending on how big a space you want. IIRC they start around $110k for the smallest units.
