Looking to get a set of side skirts, any input on what's good out there, I know there is fiberglass, composite, any opinions? Also carbon flash finish, any pros, cons.

Burning Brakes
Also made in stainless steel with a carbon fiber overlay. Love mine, I think they completed the car.

I'm a fan of the "Z06 style". I did carbon fiber from C7 Carbon, the GSX style. Fitment was easy. My buddy had fitment issues with ACS skirts if you have splash guards.

I got the Z06 style painted in Carbon Flash. I bought ACS Zero7 Side Rockers for Stingray. The Carbon Flash paint job is excellent and the fit good

Hundreds and hundreds of posts discussing EVERY conceivable aspect of side skirts. If you do a Search you'll find a wealth of info that answers every possible question. So much so that you'll be reading for a long, long time. It really is useful to use the Search feature when researching topics such as this.

FWIW, bought LG Motorsports all carbon fiber skirts for my 2014 Z51. They are vertically contoured and very HD. Particularly when your passenger hits one as they exit you'll be glad they are strong Carbon Fiber! Installed with 6 rivets per side. Easy to do and by far the most secure way to install IMO. One you drill the first small hole and get past the physiological issue it's simple! This is a picture PDF of my install FWIW: http://netwelding.com/Side_Skirts.pdf
Was no question when I bought my Grand Sport I was going to get full length side skirts for their rocker panel protection from pebbles. Wanted carbon fiber construction to have the added strength. Bought the GM Stage 2 aero option with painted carbon flash finish. Watched the C7 Tech install the GM side skirts at the dealer, 13 rivets per side.
2014 C7, Z51 with Visible CF roof, to Which I added Matching Look CF Side Skirts

For skirts, depends if you want to drill or not. I drilled and it is permanent. I have clipped the passenger side a couple of times when turning right. This car is bigger than you think.
once an a while I will clip the back end of my shoe when exiting.
