Looks like the ones GM sells painted body color.

Might be painted ACS. The ACS only stick out 30% more than the GM accessory parts which isn't all that much extra distance.

That looks like a bit more exposed width than my GM guards, so ACS?

RPI also sells them, front and rear. You can get them plain, painted body color, or hydro-dipped. I just got a pair of hydro-dipped and put them on over the weekend. I love them.
