And your point is what, exactly?
Show me one car with every single part made in one country and I'll be impressed. I won't hold my breath.

The car may be assembled in the USA but there are quite a few components that are made elsewhere. Still one of the highest % US cars.

Corvette is one of the most American made cars you can buy. Here's what Motor Trend said back in 2015. I doubt things have changed much since.
"America's original sports car boasts 75 percent of North American content -- the highest (tied) percentage of any vehicle available for sale in the U.S. Like previous generations, the 2015 Chevrolet Corvette is built on U.S. soil in Bowling Green, Kentucky, with its 6.2-liter V-8s (455-460-hp LT1, 650-hp LT4) sourced from the U.S. Transmission choices include a seven-speed manual or an eight-speed auto, which come from either the U.S. or Mexico."
note they say North American not USA.

As I only recently learned Mexico is part of North America (I had always thought it was Central America.). And though I'm strong on "buy American" I have no problem with Canadian- manufactured products. They have first-world wages and pollution controls and their economy is closely aligned with ours.

Wait until you swap the air filter, check the big, bold print on that. At 1 point, the Camery was the most American made, I believe it's a Hyundai model now that takes the title.

You obviously havn’t purchased a lot of parts. You’ll have a harder time finding one that is made in American than not. At least it was assembled here

Like someone else said, Canada.
My father is one of these "buy American" guys. Loves NASCAR, hates the Toyotas that run in the series. I can't even bring myself to break it to him that the Toyota Camry is the "most American" car, and has been for quite some time.

Have you told him there’s essentially nothing Toyota about the NASCAR Camrys?

Some time ago, someone posted a pic with arrows/tags pointing to what company/country manufacturers/designed the various major components of the C7. Lots of non-domestic companies on the chart.

If you think Camry is the most "American" car out there, then take your VIN number to the toyota dealership and start asking for parts. See how many were made in USA. See if ANY were made in USA. Keep asking for more parts and try to find some. It's shocking. It's a lie that the giant asian advertising machine has convinced Americans into believing. Don't fall for it. See for yourself.
