Thank you from Dennis Fichtner
I would like to thank all of my many friends I have made over the years for thinking of me and emailing and calling me about my knee replacement surgery on Thursday. They have given me great advice about the physical therapy and just getting thru the first 2-3 weeks and then I will be on the uphill climb back to being able to walk correctly, golf and doing everyday walking without pain.
Again thanks to you all, I will not be answering emails for a few days till the pain subsides enough I can concentrate on working from home but I will make every effort to get all my customers taken care of in a timely manner.

If you want a policy I will be here all day today and tomorrow to get you done.

Dennis, my wife was a Physical Therapist. Her saying was, "no pain, no gain." You gotta work through the pain so that new knee will serve you well. Good luck my friend.

Dennis, hope your surgery is successful and your rehab. goes by real fast. It sounds like you have received a lot of good info about your operation and rehab. Thanks again for the great deal on my extended warranty, you saved me a lot of $$$$.

Get well soon, Dennis. Good advice above (no pain, no gain). I had TKR in June and will get the other replaced in November. Hope you love being pain free as much as I do.

Dennis, the short term pain from the surgery and rehab are well worth it. I had both of my knees replaced last year. One in April and the other in October. After living with constant knee pain for many years it is an amazing blessing to now be pain free. I use the stair master and rowing machine almost every day with no issues. I can walk for hours without even a hint of discomfort.
You may want to shop around for a PT. I had a great PT and she absolutely DID NOT believe in no pain, no gain. She took her time with me and only pushed to the point of some discomfort not pain. Within eight weeks I was at 130 degree range of motion.

Dennis,
As my dear, departed father would say:
"RUB SOME DIRT ON IT, YOU AIN'T HURT"
Follow your therapists' instructions and you'll be good as new, pronto.
