There was a guy that had one like that and didn’t like it. He said you had to drag it over the car to put it on, then inflate it. He was worried about the damage done getting it into the car. He got one of the that inflates, then you drive the car in.
I had one for my custom motor cycle and it was a royal pain in the *** to get the bike into it. After finally getting it in it was great protection.
The clear top zipped off mine and after you rolled the bike over the bottom you zipped the clear top over it. Then you turned on the small blower at the base which blew it up into the bubble with constantly circulating filtered air.
It was worth the trouble to me since I only used it over the winter. Always came out just as clean as when put in, no dust.
Obviously a car would be quite a bit more difficult than a bike.

As previously stated, they'll protect your car from the apocalypse...but are a huge PITA. If you are into overkill storage protection, get a Car Jacket. Still a semi-PITA, but not quite as bad, and doesn't take up a car and a half worth of your garage like the capsule does. If you're dead set of the capsule, make sure you have plenty of room around your car on all 4 sides because they blow up WAY bigger than you'd expect, and take up lots of garage space.

I have them for my Corvette and Camaro. For me they are great. With the bottom you avoid any moisture or rodents. The PVC holds up great. I managed to put a small hole in one of mine. I put a piece of clear packing tape on it and held fine. One of mine is 6 years old and it's like new. Yes a little difficult but it only goes on once in the fall and off once in the spring.
I have not put any scratches on the car.
