Radio issues

I know some have had thier radio screen flicker, and have the screen go a little crazy. I had that happen and brought it in for a reset and it fixed it. However, anyone have their screen go completely black on them?

Plenty on here have .. I have been thru it with both my 14 and 16.... it is a ribbon connector and not sure if or when it was revised but there is a TSB out on it, once replaced I never saw it again
