I took my 2018 Grand Sport, Carbon 65 in for some warranty work and to have the mag ride upgrade done. Corvette tech knew exactly what I was asking for, said it was $350 dollars, and he has done several cars. Also said that the car should sit for 8 hours after the upgrade to take full effect. So, I was happy.
That was short lived. Corvette tech spent two hours on the phone with Tech Line Customer Support Center. Initially they told him that the cal was ready for my car and were giving him information for down loading it. Then they said it it was not ready for my car yet and were not sure when it would be ready. I was disappointed. Mine is a very early build 2018.
Any one had an upgrade on your 2018?

Had this done to my 2017 Z06/Z07, the difference the next day was like getting a new different car than what I had, went from bone jarring in sport mode to being able to drive the car on any road in sport mode, and the roads I would avoid with the car because they would chip your teeth in tour mode, now tour mode makes those roads feel like you are in a Caddy. Mine was done at Bryner Chevy and was the best 350 dollars I spent on the car to date

Hmm, perhaps not as dramatic as you found BUT had to drive my Grand Sport in Touring for the ~year before I had the MRC updated or Sport Mode was definitely stiffer than my 2014 Z51 none MRC 2014. Was not happy with the slow tip-in so bought a Vitesse throttle control so I had what I did in my 2014 as I always drove it in Sport or Track as it did not affect stiffness but I had the nannie and throttle control I was used to for 3 1/2 years.
After the MRC update I now drive in Sport 95% of the time, have the nannie level I like and now "Don't Need" the Vitesse controller! Steering is where I had it anyway, "Always Sport" and NPP is still set at "Always Track." The ride is about what I had in my 2014 Z51 none MRC.
