I started wearing my keys on a lanyard...may show my age. I hit my knee al the time and had to change the way I get in. A photo of the key fob described in post 8would be nice.

No pics with me right now, but you can Goggle "Fob Jacket" and "the jacket store" for pictures of what's available. Once you have one and install it on the fob, the thing about a thin-but-stiff plastic insert covering the buttons will seem obvious. You need it to be almost the full width and height of the fob, so it doesn't pop out the front.

The first version took me an hour, when I made another one it took 5 minutes.
