Use the new Firefox, as it blocks tracking ads automatically . . . or use Chrome with an adblocker like uBlock Origin.
The former still allows ads that play nice, so places like this still get revenue from ads that aren't invasive/intrusive.

For IOS devices (iPhone, iPad ) I don't have an answer.
for Android, Firefox + ad blocker plugin is best solution. If you must use android/chrome, go to chrome://flags/#enable-framebusting-needs-sameorigin-or-usergesture and enable that option.

I discovered the free “NeverAd” ad-blocker for iPads & iPhones. Since it’s installation that @$*$#@ pop-up has been eliminated! It’s available from the Apple App Store for free. Many fellow forum members have installed it too and are very happy with the results.
