Take a look here: https://www.duplicolor.com/product/caliper-paint I have no direct experience, but looks like it's not unusual. Amazon has some stuff, too.

Reach out to Mike Mak at TPS Motorsports (http://www.tpsmotorsports.com/). He's a sponsor and keeps calipers in stock. You pay a core, he ships you the colors you want, you swap them and ship yours back to him. A few of the GSCE owners have used him to change theirs to blue but he'll do many colors and does a nice job.
You can find him here on the forums. Listed in the vendor directory here and is on the forums as TPSMak

Easy swap if you can find a local to trade with.

G2 system all the way. I hate to use spray, so much time in set up and masking. A brush requires Zero time.masking a real small area.
You could even paint most of the exterior of the caliper with OUT taking the wheel off. No jack, jackstands etc.
but it takes longer to get in tight spots, can be done....don't spray, 2 coats of G2 will do you good. Don't spend $ 600. on ones to swap out, spend $ 115. for paint.

I’ve used G2 a few times and it held up well. Proper cleaning/prepping is key for a durable finish. You can even purchase the Convette script decals and apply if you’d like. Powder coating is another option as mentioned...

G2 on my 05 and 09 C6. Lazy bought them done on the C7 for $500.
.
G2 Kit at Tirerack that I used on my two C6's.

Unlike the other paints mentioned this is a two part paint with paint and a hardener. It's a high temperature epoxy paint that is very tough. Once painted on the caliper it "flows" to hide any brush strokes and ends up with a beautiful gloss finish.
Get a set of small artist bushes because the one in the kit us useless. Mix up half the paint/hardener and do two calipers and when done with them mix up the rest and do the other two.

I used a caliper paint kit by Folia Tec on my C5. It is epoxy based and goes on with a brush. I painted the calipers better than 8 years ago and they still look great. Ensuring that the calipers are clean is a key. I have used Folia Tec products on two C5s, an Equinox Sport and my Impala with similar excellent results. Cost, including extra cans of brake cleaner, is about $50.

Why mess with paint when you can have a flawless finish with powder coating.. check out some samples we've done. I actually have a set of Z51 C7 Calipers which is uncommitted to any one which I can do for you in any color you want

This issue that I see is that the calipers are prone to getting nicked or chipped with small rocks/debris (at least mine have a few scars on them). Seems like it would be much easier to touch up those bumps and bruises with paint rather than having to keep getting them powder coated every so often.
