auto body supply that sells auto paint should be able to get or mix it for you

If you really have to have it now, and willing to spend some money for it, take the paint code to a body shop, have them mix it. In order to get a perfect match, they'd have to do a "spray out" of several shade variations and match it to an actual car.
My wife had a minor scrape on her new "Titanium" 2017 Infiniti, and the body shop said there were 32 different shade variations they had found so far for that color code. They had to spray 16 different cards to find the perfect match, which they did.
OEM touch-up paints on tint-coats/metallics are rarely exact matches either. However, if all you're doing is the wheel lettering, a minor shade variation is not going to matter.

It looks as if the paint manufacturer is
Sherwin-Williams Automotive Finishes.
http://paintref.com/cgi-bin/paintdet...?gmcode=WA418C
Their paint code is Sherwin Williams : 52844
They should be able to help you out.
Lots of locations in Canada.
This link says that it is paint code WA418C for Corvette Sebring Orange.

Post pictures of your wheels when they are painted.
Good luck.

Maybe try contacting the folks @ Dr. ColorChip with the paint code? They don't have 2018 or 2019's listed yet, I don't think, but they have a place to direct enter the paint code which, as c54u posted, is WA418C.

WA-418C is the paint code. Also known as High Voltage Metallic. Automotivetouchup.com lists it.

Remember the paint doesn’t have to be a dead match because it’s on the wheel and not against any factory orange
