Folks, the leading edge (closest to the front of the car) of my trunk is a little higher than the trailing edge of the body panel forward of it. Maybe about 1/8" but very noticeable. I have a convertible.
So the question is: Is there way to adjust the trunk lid position to lower the leading edge? When I bought the car used it was like this so I'm not sure how the alignment issue happened in the first place.
I'm sure there is an adjustment in there somewhere, but I'm sorry I don't know where. If it's still under warranty take her to the dealership, and let them line 'er up. Good luck.
Maybe ask this question in this thread. Everyone there owns a Vert, and hopefully someone can help.
Hi ya'all, I'm resurrecting this post in hopes that someone will jump in. With the top down there is still an alignment problem with the front edge of the trunk being higher than the rear edge of the next piece forward.
