Where do you store your loose change?
Fellas,
I’m curious where you put your loose change. I have it in one cup holder, but now I’m tempted to remove the divider and change and use it as storage for my sun glasses and whatever else fits since I never drink in the car. I have the bin buddy behind the screen, but I’m curious if there are mini plastic boxes I can place my change in and find a new home for it.

I collect quarters for parking in the center console.
The rest of my change I collect in a jar at home.

What few quarters I need I keep in my pocket, meters in the big city will do credit cards, parking garages do bills, other change I keep at home in a apple cider jug. jingling or noise from anything vibrating while I'm driving just drives me crazy.

Change what's change? Between E-Z Pass and Credit Card parking, it's no longer a factor to include a receptical for a car.

I use a small compartment box like this: https://www.containerstore.com/s/sma...small%20crafts and place in center console. Perfect for quarters for the car wash.

The stuff is everywhere. Top of the dresser, kitchen pass-through, console cubby. It's like it's multiplying.
I think change is going out of fashion. You know how you used to find odd pennies that people didn't think it was worth picking up? In the last week I have found $1.50 in quarters lying on the ground in three different places, as if it was just too much trouble for the owners to bend down and retrieve.

I use old film containers to store my change too! I still have about 3 or 4 left kicking around but once those are gone it's going to be tricky to find replacements. You can still buy film but it's way more expensive now that digital photography dominates the market. (and I have no use for film so I'm not going to buy it just for the containers either)

Console and then transport them to a plastic water cooler jug. Last time it was 1/3 of the way full it was a few hundred dollars worth. Lucky that my credit union has a FREE coin counting machine that does direct deposit into my account.

I put my change in the drivers side door pocket with a microfiber towel covering it. When it starts to feel heavy closing the door I empty it out.
