I wonder why as everyone always seems to be praising MacMulkin on this forum.
I do know the buyer is responsible for finding a local dealer for a courtesy delivery, not the selling dealer.

BULL ****. READ:

-I’m looking to purchase a new factory order 2019 Grand Sport this Nov./Dec. LT 11 package with a total build price of $73,500. Do you think a $63,000 negotiated price with a major dealer is within reason later in the year? Thanks

Is there anything you don't understand about that quote? What the hell are you smoking? Skid Road Joe, I'm surprised at your thanks there.

When I visited MacMulkin’s they told me a courtesy delivery in Wash. State was probably not going to happen, closest state was Idaho. Respected their honesty.

Exactly ^^^ what MacMulkin told me. How many ways are there to say they were no help? If you can find a Chev. dealer within 100 miles that will do your drop ship for under $500.00, bucks, you might want to move on it. As far as waiting for a better % off list by waiting to order at the end of the year? I think you're going to be disappointed. -11% is as aggressive as you're going to get.

I'd also like to state that because MacMulkin had no clue as to any courtesy delivery Chev. dealer/s near me for my order, that led to me eventually running across a local new C7 that fit almost every parameter and metric that I had decided in how I wanted my new C7 equipped. I had already resigned myself to either trudge on up to Nashua, NH to drive my new C7, back to Texas, or, just wait for the C8's release. You can imagine my shock at finding a new C7 equipped as I wanted, all in-State. The fact that you're going to have to hustle up your own courtesy delivery, is an impediment to ordering an out-of-State new vehicle to me. And yes, I did get a sizable discount on my new C7. That, was one of my parameters to meet.

Once again Joe, IT'S THE BUYER'S RESPONSIBILITY TO LOCATE AND NEGOTIATE PAYMENT FOR A COURTESY DELIVERY BY A CHEVY DEALER NEAR THEM, NOT THE SELLING DEALER. There's plenty of threads on this forum regarding buyers seeking advise on locations and costs for Chevy dealers who preform courtesy deliveries in different parts of the US.

This is a very valued option for some out of state C7 purchasers as it saves them hundreds if not thousands of dollars in car transport fees.

Why do you continue to trash MacMulkin and whine about a process that you either didn't understand or was too lazy to implement.

That is not entirely true. While it may well be MacMulkin's policy to stay out of arranging courtesy deliveries, many GM dealers do aid in this process and I have personally arranged a large number of them. The decision to be involved or not is strictly a dealer option.

If the dealer/s knew how many missed sales were happening because of this breakdown in transportation issue, they're not spending any time fixing it. I have to believe that they're not interested in how many sales they're missing. Mine was an easy, quick sale to have closed.
