Magride in the build sheet?
Hey Guys,
I am looking at a Corvette for sale. It is a 2014 3LT Z51. The owner said he thought he bought Magride with it but I can't find it in the build sheet. Is it included in the 3LT package so its not specifically listed. I know I have seen it in the window stickers. I am pretty sure it is included in the Z51 package in later years, but I thought you had to request it for 2014.
What does it label the option as? For example, I believe in the window sticker it doesn't say NPP, it says Multinote performance exhaust.
Thanks.

On the build sheet, the suspension code will be "FE4" for mag ride. Non-mag ride cars are coded as "FE3"
It should be listed on the window sticker as an option since mag ride doesn't come standard with the Z51 package. It should be listed on the window sticker as "Suspension, Magnetic Selective Ride Control"

that sucks, it's a fantastic feature to have if your area has potholes, crumbling, bumpy roads coupled with smooth pavement on other roads. I switch ride settings constantly while driving around here in Michigan all year long.

OP,
Mag ride does not come with any other option like 3LT or Z51. It's a stand alone option. When I bought my C7 it was not on my "must have" list. However, the car I purchased has it. Now that I've got it, I wouldn't buy a Z51 without it. Sometimes I like the stiff ride of the Z51, sometimes I want a smoother ride while I cruise. Z51 with mag ride allows for both.
I don't feel the same about a base car. If I was buying a base C7, I don't think the mag ride is a necessity.
Those are my opinions, others have their own which is why mag ride is an option on the Stingray.
