Saturday is going to be a great freaking day!!!
I've been in Munich for three weeks and tomorrow I'm going home. Checking the forecast, Saturday is supposed to be 60 and partly cloudy. Oh yeah, time to take the car cover off and exercise the right foot a bit. I love me some German beer, and the autobahn is a hoot, but damn I miss my car when I come over here. Anyway, I've decided to stay up all night and drink beer rather than risk sleeping through my alarm. What could go wrong?

Did the Audi factory tour and museum last summer. Some awesome stuff in there, for sure. The BMW facility is just down the road from my hotel, so yeah I definitely will do that. I'd also like to go do the Porsche tour as well. Some good automotive stuff to see over here

Welcome back - I had a feeling you were in the same area! I'm looking forward to a good drive on Saturday (tomorrow) as well - been hoping all week the forecast remained nice - partly sunny and 60 in the PNW this time of year is a bonus.
By the way, the Exotics@RTC opening day is supposed to be April 7 if the weather forecast is less than 20% chance of rain. A group of us in the PNW section are planning on meeting up there http://www.exoticsat.com

Staying up to drink beer all night was probably a bad idea. As it turns out, plenty can go wrong. Almost didn't leave myself enough time to get through the airport. Fortunately, security was quick so I was able to board. I was literally the last person on. Got to Amsterdam, hung over as hell, grabbed a cappuccino, and on to the next jet. 9:30 hour flight and I slept literally 8 hours. Thank goodness for business class lay flats!
In the bar with some Brazilian folks that had the same stay up all night plan as me.
Literally, the last person in line to board. The gate agent opened the door for me as boarding had technically closed.
In Amsterdam, and the fun has worn off. Good news though...it's only a 9:30 hour plane ride home.
It's all good though. Just got back home from blasting around town and headed to a party with the wife in a bit. More of the same tomorrow I think. T-shirt weather in Seattle in March? Miracles do happen I suppose.
