BAD PFYC Experience
Never ordered from them before, never will again. Ordered Weathertech floor mats and cargo mats on 3/29. Kept showing processing in their system. I tried calling Monday and Tuesday and they were either busy or didn't answer. Not to mention they have only 4 hours of availability for customer service. Finally got through to less than charming woman that had me on hold for awhile then said it didnt process for some reason but i ordered it for you now. I told her forget I dont want it and to cancel and Im disputing the charges.
They never called, never answered email, never bothered. Seems like some raggedy mom and pop.

Yes sir I do see what you are saying but I did try email. I have now disputed this with my bank bc i have no product nor shipping con and have cancelled the order. They told me they cant issue a refund until the dispute is dropped which is BS. I called PNC and they confirmed that was a lie. Which just further paints the negative narrative.
