I just googled ats center caps and it came out a bunch of them they appear physically same as for C7 but I have contacted a few sellers and want to confirm the dimensions still waiting for replies one of them is Bob from house of wheels
Sure, they've never been mounted on a set of wheels so all prongs are virgin. Prongs are identical to regular C7 caps. These came from Bob at House of Wheels, but I just never used them.
