See the attached photo sent to me by a dealer. They said they couldn't find NPP on the build sheet, but if you look at the left column of this paper you will see NPP listed (its about the 11th item down).
However, next to it states another code that says "NT7 - Federal Emission System Teir 2". Does this car have NPP or not?
Agreed, if that is the actual build sheet then it does have it. You can also look at the coding in the battery compartment area, should be listed there too. They are all just listed alphabetically on that sheet in two columns, the NT7 is not related at all to the NPP.
There are actually 2 separate columns on that sheet. This helps to save paper in our cost conscious corporate society. So as stated already it has npp.
Not sure this is a Z51. My build sheet has Z51 and Z52 at the bottom. Need to check sticker to the left of the battery or decode the VIN to be sure. Depending on the year, you can get Mag Ride FE4 without Z51.

its a 2014. I believe they were separate for that year. I am only looknig at vettes with J or L after the Y in the vin. That means z51 2lt manual or z51 3lt manual.

Yeah, that is the inconsistency. Maybe ask for a pic of the service parts label under the rear carpet left of the battery. Here's my sticker for a 2014 Z51 2LT NPP Mag Ride M7. For 2014 mag ride required Z51. My car was built April 15, 2014. Happy Birthday!
Also maybe ask for an underhood pic where you can see the oil tank on the right side.
