Just the aFe no! Had it on my Z51 for ~2 years, removed it when I sold it and it's been on my Grand Sport for 1 year. No tune needed. I called the aFe engineers before I purchased. The only issue, it takes ~100 miles for the air/fuel ratio to adjunct. There is plenty of range in the OEM MAP.
Now if you live in Colorado may be less range and cushion!
Don't know what that exhaust is but if you have the OEM exhaust manifolds and primary CATs no problem, IMO.
