I do as Greg stated above. Some people launch around 2200 rpm’s and others including myself like to flash the converter. Try both ways and see how it works out for you
That round dial behind the shifter has a button in the center of it. Push it in once to turn off the T/C, a lighted icon will appear in the upper right hand dash. Push it agin and another lighted icon will appear in the upper left of the dash. You are done now.
Not to sound like a D?ck, but this info is also in the owners manual.
My personal experience.....Launch control works great on the street with it's limited traction
On a prepped surface such as a drag strip the launch control is actually slower.
My own 17 Stingray would run 11.90's to 12 flat with the T/c turned on.
T/C turned off as well as Stabilitrac and it would run down into the 11.70's.
Mike is this with street tires or drag radials ?
How do u launch do you flash the converter or do you hold it against the brake at 2200 ?
