Hello, after the MRC update i noticed an issue that i can replicate with the steps below. I need people who have performed the update to confirm/deny that they have this issue as well.
Step 1: In the infotainment display (touch screen), select steering to be in touring mode in all drive modes
Step 2: While driving, go into track mode via drive selector.
Step 3: Determine if steering effort changes to track mode after switching to the track drive setting.
Before this update, my steering always stayed in tour mode regardless of the drive mode. Also, did anyone notice that the exhaust became quieter? almost like it was in sport mode instead of track.
Both steering and exhaust mode can be "linked" to the Drive Mode selection or set to remain unlinked or independent of Drive Mode. Don't remember exactly where in the on-screen menu that option is, but I would hazard a guess that the MSRC update "unchecked" that selection as the default is linked.

i double checked that steering is set to touring Independent of all drive modes. The steering still switches to track mode when I go into track mode via drive selector.
Might be worth unchecking it and then rechecking it. I’ve noticed some settings in Windows that “revert” to unchecked even though the item is checked
I tried un-checking and checking again. I even reset factory settings in the infotainment and also tried disconnecting the battery for 10 mins. Looks like i'm stuck with it
I wish someone with the MRC update would check on their car and let me know
