Hi,
Is this part circled in the picture below easily removed once the airbag is taken off the steering wheel?
Also what is it called? I'd like to exchange it for something like carbon fiber

Apparently it does just lift off once you lift the silver piece and looks like the airbag doesn't have to come off completely, just loosened.
