Help with steering wheel bezel
So I picked up a preowned 2015 stingray. Whoever the previous owners were they swapped the steering wheel with with the z06 alcantara/suede version but at some point they painted the bezzels black. They did such a **** poor job on the paint there are imperfections that bother me so I thought I'd take out the bezzels and refinish them my way.
I successfully took the airbag off but it seems like the bezzel might have been epoxied in place because I see alot of glue residue. I was able to pry off the bottom but where the dash buttons are at and toward the top of the wheel that thing does not budge at all. Am I doing something wrong here or is this thing really that hard to take off? Any suggestions?

Update: finally got everything off. Most of the stuff was indeed glued together. It was a pain to remove.
But as i was sanding the pieces down to prepare them i discovered something else. The sloppy paintjob on the trim is nothing compared to sloppy paint ruining actual carbon fiber trim. This is borderline criminal
