So someone finally got around to ordering a yellow C6 for museum delivery. I'm surprised that GM could find enough parts laying around the plant to build it.
I don't care for the wing either. The smaller one is tolerable. I looked at several at the bash.. the car is crazy awesome. Met an older gentlemen, appeared to be at least mid 70's or more.. he had a new red ZR1... super nice. He was very proud of it and started it for us to listen to. I can see one in my future to go with my GS....

You can do museum delivery on older vets. there is a program for doing this. Just can't remember at the moment what it requires you to do.

the yellow C6 in the photo is part of the video driving experience game at the museum..................
With all the pictures of the museum on the forum at least I get to see it since I always wanted to go but probably will not since my wife could care less about Corvettes. She says as long as they make me happy that's all that counts. Happy wife Happy life!
I saw one out back of the museum awaiting prep for delivery. I could see carbon fibre splitter and skirts. It must have had every available option. Price was $152K.

$152,000 no discount that's a little under double the price I paid for my 2017 brand new Z06 3LZ A8 vert after discount. It must be AWESOME to be richto have the fastest Corvette ever made.

What makes the ZR! so darned attractive, is that Corvette Technical Engineering and Design left those Gawdawful black Jeep plastic fenders off the ZR!.
The convertible ZR1s look especially badass with the spoiler!

It is called the Museum Experience. My son brought his corvette to the museum and had it on display next to my Z06. They washed and detailed his Corvette before placing it on display. We loved it and it was so cool to have both cars on display at the same time.
