Just a microfiber dampened with water. For the seats I use 303 leather cleaner and protectant. It’s basically a mild interior quick detailer with UV protection, great for polyurethane coated leather/vinyl.

Usually damp microfiber. If I need a little more cleaning power, Surf City Garage Dash Away. I've been using that on my '09 Range Roller's white leather to keep it looking clean and like new with great success. Every month to so I'll hit the leather with Adam's leather conditioner for a little UV protection.
Might try some of the others above.
Cheers

your owner's manual is the alpha-omega of care of your interior.
from the '18 owners manual
learned lessons hard way. I kept a c6 with 2lz pleather in long term garaged storage. For the first 8 years, I just dusted the seats with a damp microfiber. I did remove the chalk from the vinyl/rubber dash and door panels with armour all. In year 9 I thought "why not put leather care products on those beeyoutiful seats!" (mind you in year 9 the seat coverings looked just as good as new, no cracking or discoloration at all.) But i knew better than Chevy, and all these exotic leather cleaner/preservatives must be good. So i "preserved" my seats. Closed car cover, went away for a few months. When I returned those beeyoutiful red/black seats had ugly green mold flowers all over them! luckily, the mold had not etched the seat coverings, yet. So, for my new one, i am religiously following the owner's manual on interior care, and saving some bucks on snake oils too!
