If you want to go back with OEM-style rivets to match the factory install, I found this source on ebay when I installed my Stage 2 Splitter...much less expensive that getting them from the dealer:
If you add splitter to base Stingray you will have to drill an extra row of holes along the leading edge of the bumper cover...It uses the same holes in the rear that attach the bumper cover to the car.
I used the same body screws w/washers that are already used on the bumper cover with a u-nut inside instead of attaching it as a clip to the bumper.
I would only use the plastic push in rivets where you do not have access to the inside of the bumper cover, the center two holes

I ran mine over a year using just the original bumper cover bolts, in the rear.
Unless you're constantly running over 100 mph, the additional holes probably aren't necessary.
Maybe lay on a couple of strips of 3m tape along the front edge if want a little extra insurance, but I never had a problem...

True that it is not like it is going to fall off, but I think it will sag over time, and the lower it is, the more likely you will drag it on something. Also, I just wanted it to fit tight on the bumper on the leading edge to minimize the bugs, dirt, and debris that get between it and the bumper. adding tape will hold it, but increase the gap.

That an interesting idea...once I have the splitter in my hands I'll be able to play around with test fitment and method.
I took mine to a local body shop and they made it smooth and painted it Carbon Flash Metallic, $150. I also used rivets in the front row so if it did hit something it wouldn't roll under the car.
