Windshield Wipers
My windshield wipers wouldn't work at slow or intermittent speed, just fast. Then, when I turned them off, they wouldn't return to under the hood. Now, suddenly, they've fixed themselves. Strange.

Now they don't work again in slow or intermittent speeds and they don't seat at the edge of the hood when I turn them off. I'm going to have to take it in top Chevy. Anybody willing to venture a guess as to how long repair will take. I'd like to wait at the dealer, rather than get a loaner, but not all day.
