They (Patriot Chevrolet) are right down the road from me. Looks like a dealer package, added the new factory airbox for 11 more HP, now "over 660", special wheels and badge. Probably a nice mark-up too.

NOT a factory package.
Dealer just slapped on some GM accessories that anyone can buy and add: GM perf air cleaner, jake hood sticker, jake wheel caps, "Type R" stickers (gag!).
You can even see the "dealer add-on" sticker on the windshield on the video, and that dealer sticker is where you will see the cost of these add-ons. If it were factory, it would be on the original factory window sticker.
