You rang?

A better option is chrome. See below for an example. Black tends to disappear into the wheelwell and looks like old taxi cabs or police cars.

Silver get's my vote from a color perspective especially from a ways off, as the black tend to blend into the dark wheel wells.

I do like the Z06 style wheels better.
Skirts would look nice IMO.

I prefer the black ones, but just give it a few more minutes and we're going to hear from the "chromies" posting that neither black nor silver are a good choice and you need to go with chrome.

Automatic trans or manual, because we might as well put both disputes in one thread

On my red 2014 had black wheels that I thought looked fine.

For my white Grand Sport I selected machined faced aluminum. Like that natural look with the white car.

Why spend a bunch of money on wheels that disappear in the wheel wells?

Precisely my feelings on the black wheel craze. For me, leave them to the NASCAR cars. If you like the black go for it, but the yellow/red stripes around the circumference does give it some added definition and interest.

I have to admit that the black wheels are starting to grow on me but being part of "the more mature generation" I prefer the silver. At least I am not part of that generation that loves the chrome and then complains about it pitting. I'm kidding of course it is all about personal choice.

In the old days when we saw cars that looked like that (black wheels) we just assumed they could not afford hubcaps.

MOST definitely Black!!!! I would also go with chrome lug nuts and black center caps with chrome ring.

I like both!
The black wheels give it a “wanna race look”.
The silver for “taking your girl friend to the prom”.
I jus bought a set of black Z06 wheels for my 2018 GS. Can’t wait to get them put on.
It is still a Corvette no matter what!!!!!

Silver. I realize this is a matter of opinion (to which we are all entitled), but I have never understood the "black wheel" phenomenon. To me they make a beautiful car look like a beater taxicab missing its hubcaps. If that's the look you're going for, have at it.
