I don't know about those taillights, but those extra-wide flared out fenders looks like the car has dualies...double wheels on each side like some trucks I've seen.

I don't like any of the "round tail lights on C7" conversions that are available, but I do think these look particularly good, and since they don't mod the fascia, *should* be relatively reasonable to produce.
