Another noise question
My car has started to make a noise that is not the normal warble sound people have heard. It’s a 2016 Z51 with the A8. 15,000 miles.
As I approach a stop, just as the car shifts from 3rd to 1st gear, I hear a rattle for just a brief second. It sound like the sound is coming from the rear of the car. The car shifts fine both up and down, has no vibrations or performance issues, but the rattle is definitely noticeable.
Every now and then, I also hear it for just a second when leaving from a stop just as the car shifts from 1 to 2.
The noise seems to go away when the car gets up to full operating temp.
Has anyone experienced this?
