Mine is body-colored and numbered, and I've never paid attention to the dash plaque in the few other C7s I've been in.

And if you google "Corvette dash plaque" mine is the first pic.

I've swapped mine out twice, once for the performance badge and once for the Stingray one. For me the plain Stingray one looks the best as the color matches the trim so much better, helps tie the interior together, at least with a black one. I've never been happy with the chrome colored bits and the chrome stingray ties it together.

My order is for a Z06 so I'm starting to wonder how many center console plaques are available. Here is my list so far...
- Stingray
- Grand Sport
- Z06 (HP/Torque/Stats)
- Jake Corvette Racing (Thread Title)
- Museum Delivery & Build Date
- Owner Name

Did I miss any? I assume the ZR1 probably has a special one as well.

The Corvette Racing plaque came on my '15 Z51. The PO must have added it. I actually like it.

Actually, that one just replicates the factory console badge found on earlier generations such as this plate from a 69.

Found a few more. The C7R had a custom badge and there are some vendors like GS Creations that create custom badges based on your build.





Although I like the Corvette Racing Jake badge, I will probably stick with the standard Z06 badge.
