Wheels Clear Coated?

Wheels Clear Coated?
I have a new 2019 Grand Sport 2LT and the sticker describes the wheels as being "Pearl Nickel Painted Aluminum". Is the paint clear coated? Thanks for any help with my question.

As far as I know, GM wheels are clear coated. Helps protect them from the elements/brake dust.
