yes, was delivered to GM headquarters for use by either executives or for a show.
have dealer run the VIN and get GMVIS report, it may show if it was an order for a show, or what.
My car has Order Type 90: Special Event car, and RPO R7V show vehicle and a couple other RPOs mentioning expedited order.
My car ended up being delivered to a Louisiana dealership with 5 miles on it after GM had it for about two months.
