You ain't kidding! I use Pinnacle Souveran paste wax. It's not cheap at $60.00 for a small 3 oz jar. But it does a fantastic job on black paint. You just have to put aside about 4 hours of your time

You should look into using something like Blackfire Crystal Seal or another similar wipe on/walk away product, they'll save you a lot of time. Time you can spend driving
