What do you think of this price?
My son found a new 2017 Corvette leftover. 1LT w/ the manual transmission that he desires. Only option is the competition bucket seats at $2,495 which brings the MSRP to $59,435. Dealer is discounting $11,000 plus another $3,000 GM Consumer Cash, bringing the price down to $45,435 plus tax & registration. This price represents a discount off of list of 23.5%. Sounds good to me. What do you think? Too bad the $3,000 Corvette loyalty rebate has ended since I still have my '13 GS vert.

^ I agree, hard to go wrong getting a new C7 that appeals to you for just over $45K.

Could this end up being the ONLY Corvette Forums C7 discussion thread in history where every poster is in agreement?
, as I bet there's someone out there whose going to say it's a bad deal because of the M7 trans or 1LT trim package.

Sounds like a really good deal to me. You should be signing the papers already.

Great deal-and don’t be tempted by a used 3lt z51 with a ton of miles for around the same price

Price sounds good for an absolutely stripped down car. Your son might always be wishing that he had some of the other available goodies that are optional - especially the performance features. It's his money, and this may be a financial stretch for him getting into an entry level new C7.

Post some pictures when you get it home. And yes, you should bring it home.
