Zip Products
So my other question is do any forum members know who does the manufacturing of these painted parts and do they sell directly? My thinking is that since Zip Products is a reseller they parts don't get the priority that the manufacturer would give it's own customers.
Thanks
They are most likely just waiting on production form the maker which is fairly typical for this type item. It hasn't been 6 weeks yet, I'd just be patient as opposed to creating a thread as if they've done
something wrong.

Let see how long it takes to receive the item and I'll post back later. But I would like to find someone who manufacturers the parts so I could buy direct.
Fuse cover and brake booster. I’ve never had to wait this long before. Was able to get a custom airbrushed hood liner in less time. Last update Zip provided was they’ve had an unusual large volume of orders, sounds like an excuse...

They are SUPPOSED to call me tomorrow to let me know where the order is. In there defense they said I could cancel and get a refund.
But after over a month do I really want to start over with someone else?
The Best of Corvette for Corvette Enthusiasts
it obviously creates delays in Zip shipping the items. I'm sure Zip wants to sell/ship these items as much as you guys want to get them.
Zip are good Corvette people who have been doing business in Mechanicsville VA for as long as I can remember and have a beautiful complex including their Wells Fargo trailer dealership
and their Zip Corvette center/showroom/warehouse/shop. If any of you are ever traveling through Va on I-295 do yourself a favor and stop by to see them.
They have a lot of cool stuff and typically a few beautiful Corvettes on display for sale in their showroom.
And No, I don't work for Zip, I'm just someone who appreciates honest, successful, well-run family owned businesses who help support their communities.
Seems with the massive growth of Corp America, there's fewer and fewer of these businesses everyday.

I live less than ten minutes away from ZIP. I have never purchased anything from them (yet), but they are extremely supportive to our local Corvette club and host a huge Corvette rally on their property at least once every year. I have never heard anything negative about them at all and their people are extremely knowledgeable about Corvettes of every vintage.
