Never used anything like that, but seems like it would be difficult to install something like that repeatedly w/o scratching the heck out of the gloss black painted A-pillars over time, if that sort of thing concerns you. Any bit of dust or dirt would get trapped as the cover would inevitably slide across the pillars during install and any wind movement while installed.

I went with the fitted West Coast version and added an inexpensive Walmart version for under the rear window to minimize absorption by the black cargo compartment screens.

I have the accordion one from one of the vendors here as well...logo on the outside. Fits perfect. BUT...if there is any complaint or technique really is to fold that thing up BEFORE your passenger gets in. Cramped quarters in these cockpits can make collapsing the shade a challenge if your pax seat is occupied. Not impossible but tricky.

I like it tho...perfect fit.

The Covercraft, folded panel sunshades are the best IMO. I've tried various roll-up, or tin-foil like sunshades in the past and over time, they turn to crap and basically perform at about 50% of their original intent.

As mentioned, you can buy them generic for the C7 and for a little more, you can get one with the C7 logo as Covercraft, like WeatherTech floor mats, designs them for each individual make & model car. Many vendors offer them either direct or drop ship via West Coast Corvettes. I have one with a C5 logo and one with the C7 logo as well as generic, non-logo versions for my son and daughter's cars. They fold up neatly and in most cases fit in easily in the backseat, or in the case of Corvettes, fit behind the front seats or trunk/hatch. The interior felt lining is also very nice and helps prevent scratches on the dashboard and other interior trim.

Why cheap out on a sunshade? I got a C7 one without graphics from one of the forum vendors. Pretty essential in Florida. Fits perfectly and protects my 3lt dash.

I have been using the spring loop style for years on all my vehicles. They stow easily as they collapse into a relatively small circle, and are easy to put up. I haven't bought one in quite a while but looks like Amazon carries them. No sure which size I'm using for the Vette..

I use the cheapier from WalMart that I had bought for my F150. Just don't fold out the end panels.

You can enter "UV11325SV" into search on either Ebay or Amazon or Google to find best price....

I've purchased Covercraft insulated sunshades for all my new vehicles and they hold up extremely well and keep the cabin fairly cool when parked out in the sun...A "must-have" here in the SoCal Desert area....

I have a Covercraft one for my C5 and it is excellent. Easy to install and stores compact enough to not be in the way.

^^^ That's a really good buy for that. Those that need one should jump on it. I think I paid something like $35 for the same one retail.

how do you tuck those into the corners? No way you do that from the driver's seat.
