Owners Manual & Corvette Brochure?
I took delivery today of a 2019 Z06/Z07. The dealership gave me an envelope that included the two key fobs, the Limited Warranty Owners Assistance Information book and a copy of the Florida Lemon Law Enforcement Act information booklet. I was expecting the Owners Manual to be in the envelope and it wasn't there, so I checked the glovebox - nothing. I've already pulled down the Owners Manual online, however should I have received an actual hard copy book?
I also asked my salesperson if they had any Corvette dealer brochures and she told me that GM no longer offers them like they used to during previous generations. Too bad because I like the one I have from my C5 that includes the glossy brochure and informational DVD and was hoping for something similar for the C7 Corvette.
Is this true or do I need to call the dealer back? Other than this small issue, the car is great!

You DEFINITELY should have received an Owner's Manual. That is owed to you so persist until you get it. The glossy brochure, not so much. They are still available, but dealers have to pay for them . You should be able to purchase a new one at the NCM.

Thanks. In fairness to the dealership, I was supposed to pick up the car yesterday, but couldn't get there on time so I waited until today and my salesperson was out of town today. I will call her tomorrow and check on the Owners Manual and thanks for the tip on the glossy brochure from the NCM.

My salesman handed all the documents to me (including the owner's manual) briefly going over each.

Cannot speak for '19s but I got both for my '18. So, suspicious sounding to me. Ah, others with '19s tell the story.
I just hate this kind of dealer BS. "Valued Customers" my chapped patootie!

I ordered a car at the end of June and the dealer gave me both a 2018 and a 2019 brochure. The 2019 brochure is 2 separate booklets in a special sleeve. The second booklet covers the.ZR1.

I would think you should have received the owner's manual. The brochures seem to be in short supply, at least around here.

Yes, you should receive an Owners Manual and also a Chevrolet MyLink Infotainment System manual.

Received one with my Vette, but just remembered that I heard the same crap when I purchased my Chevy truck. Another uninformed salesman.

I bought a brochure from the Museum. Shouldn't have to buy it but the dealer didn't have any. My manuals were in the rear storage compartment

Have the dealer take an owners manual from another new C7–which is probably what happened to your owners manual.

Thanks guys. I found the Owners Manual and Infotainment System booklet in the rear cubby department along with the cargo net. I just needed to remove the transparent top to access the cubby as I ordered the dual roof package. I also ordered the combo 2019 Corvette/ZR1 brochure from the NCM. My dealer indicated they (GM) no longer offered them, however I guess GM does, but it's the dealer who doesn't want to pay for them.
No biggie, the car is great and if not getting a Corvette brochure is my only issue with this sale/car, I'm way ahead of the game.
Drive 'em like ya stole 'em!

Chevrolet does make a brochure, the sales manager is just too cheap/tight wad and didn't order a box for the dealer LOL. And no, they didn't stop making them. We've had them every year of the C7 here at work.
