Is it possible to add a PDR to my 2017 Grand Sport with 2LT package?

It's important to get the PDR option with the car if you want it. The camera is incorporated into the rear view mirror, there is different software to run the icons and the displays, plus there is a SD card slot in the glovebox. It's not something you can retrofit.

In simple terms; nope. You must get it with the car from the factory.

I can feel a wire in there. I wonder if you can tap in for power for an aftermarket dash cam? Anyone take the housing off ?

At Bloomington Gold I talked to a fried that is an Engineer for GM and was working the Chevy tent. There might be a solution for us without the PDR down the road.
